Our Covid-19 Statement
Operations During Lockdown
At Peer Me Up the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients and clients' family's is our number one priority. We are considered an essential service and therefore can provide support during covid-19 lockdowns to anyone who may need us. As such, it is extremely important to us that staff and clients maintain strict hygiene procedures to help mitigate the spread of the virus and ensure the wellbeing of all of our staff, clients and communities.
What We Are Doing
To help prevent the spread of Covid-19 all of our staff have undergone online covid-safety training and are required to uphold certain standards of hygiene including:

Regularly washing hands using soap and water or using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser.

Wearing a mask in public at all times, and in the home when required.

Not shaking hands with others.

Washing and sanitising hands thoroughly before and after finishing each session with a client.

Always washing hands thoroughly before and after eating food and after visiting the bathroom.

Avoiding close contact with anyone exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms.

Getting tested, seeing a healthcare professional and not attending shifts if presenting any symptoms.

Recording contact details of everyone entering our office or respite location.
Covid-19 Notice
If you are feeling unwell and experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms we ask that you do not book with us or attend any already scheduled sessions.
If you are feeling unwell, please contact us and we will assist you to reschedule or cancel your booking.
It is extremely important if you are symptomatic or feel unwell that you respect our staff and other clients who may be impacted should you not follow this advice.
